Review: Mr. Espinoza and crew took down a huge old oak (more than 3' in diameter) that had recently died about 8' from the side of my house (in the back). They managed to squeeze me in the day before Harvey came to town, which I'm pretty sure kept me from getting some new skylights in my bedroom, and came back to finish the job in a very timely fashion. They were courteous and efficient. His written quote was very competitive with the 4 other quotes I received (the tree was prominent enough to generate several quotes from services that drove by my house). Recommended to me by neighbors that have happily used his service for over 20 years.

Review: Called twice to have them come out for an assessment, and simply didn't show up. After the first appointment, I called and rescheduled and once again they didn't show up at all. No call to acknowledge the appointment or try to reschedule me

Review: I called to book a service and scheduled for about 1.5 weeks out. The day rolls around, I stay home from work to answer any questions, make arrangements with our neighbors (as it is their tree overhanging our property), etc. I call at 7:30 to confirm the time as nothing had been communicated to me, no one answers, so I call back at about 9:30 because still, no word. Someone actually answers the phone and it becomes clear that they've lost my appointment but the woman on the phone located my paperwork, supposedly. She says she will talk to her boss and call me back. Hour later, no call, so I call back, no answer. They call back and then communicate that they're waiting on a call back from the boss. An hour later they call to tell me they're not going to be able to make it, no apologies, no offers to reschedule, just he's too busy today. I say, soo are we rescheduling? Response, well he's too busy right now, until next week and I'll call you the day before. Nah, it doesn't work like that. Arrangements have to be made, it seems unreasonable to not be able to schedule an appointment. Bottom line, unprofessional, very rude, no recourse offered for the major inconvenience and disappointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Review: They did an amazing job. From the free quote to the completion of the job. We had a tree removed, stump removed and two trees trimmed. They came to our home and were very courteous and respectful of our home and property. The company even gave us a courtesy call the previous day just to remind us of the appointment which I very much appreciated. They made our yard light up from the fantastic job they did. You do not need to shove around. Call them, you’ll thank me later.Services: Tree stump removal, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

Review: Mr. Espinoza and his team are fast, efficient and affordable. He was out the same day I called to provide an estimate and began work just a couple of days later. We had 15 trees taken down and 2 trimmed. They worked quickly, finishing the job in 1 1/2 days. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanup they did as well. If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, competent tree service, give Mr Espinoza a call!
